


Hi, I’m Seetu
I am a certified Neuro Life Coach with a passion for developing human potential. I regularly practice meditation and yoga for optimizing my physical and emotional wellness.

Sometimes in life, tragedy creates an opportunity for us to take a serious look at our own life and prompts us to make changes that are in alignment with our philosophical beliefs. The tragedy in my case was my mother's passing away. This shook my world and at the same time provided clarity about my own life and goals that I had not accomplished yet. It was during this phase that the concepts of coaching and healing knocked at my door.

With very little encouragement from my family, I moved forward to get my coaching training from one of the finest institutes in America. Studying textbooks after a gap of 17 years was extremely challenging and required me to reset my motivation several times and to remind myself not to give up on my dream of helping others.

This was the beginning of my transformation process. I became more self-aware of the life I wanted to live and create. Through the basic principles of coaching, I learnt about the infinite potential and the neuroplasticity of the human mind.

I really enjoy working with my clients and love the process of creating customized action plans for them to live an empowered life.
​
As a coach I have realized that even though every client is different, many of us have similar purposes in our lives - having healthy relationships, peaceful mind, productive work life and seeking meaning to our own existence.

I would like to elaborate on the meaning of three words: Neuro - Life - Coach.
Neuro - This represents using fundamental concepts of Neuroscience. The foundation of my coaching practice is based upon understanding how neurotransmitters like oxytocin (love hormone), dopamine (feel-good hormone) and serotonin (happiness hormone) help us in learning new skills and creating new habits that directs us towards decision-making and achieving our goals.

Life - This concept encompasses our entire being and comprises of our past experiences, relationships and decisions we have made at every moment of our lives. Each client I work with bring a different dimension of their life to the coaching session and as a team we collectively work on replacing neural patterns that do not serve their purpose or align with their core values.

Coach - As your life coach, I will maximize your truest potential, define your vision, bring clarity about your life purpose, create your growth plan, work on your strengths, overcome challenges, keep you motivated, foster your core values and obtain work/life balance.
​
Throughout our work together, I’ll help you stay on track and accountable to yourself as well as continually provide you with tips, tools, techniques and strategies tailored specifically to best support and address your needs and goals. If your goals feel overwhelming and possibly even unattainable, we’ll work collaboratively to break them down into small, actionable and manageable steps. I can also provide you with assignments and exercises that can help keep you focused and moving forward between sessions.
